Regular Pickup
- Your pickups will be scheduled when our truck is in your area. Usually ~ 2 weeks out.
- Pickups within Beltway 8. (If you have a very large amount of donations and you are outside of Beltway 8 call us to assess.)
- We can only accept items we can sell at our store or use on a voucher. See SVDP donation guidelines.
- We require that all items are either outside the home or in a garage to be picked up.
- We need 3 Large Items minimum to schedule a pickup; couch, love seat, small kitchen tables, etc.
- Items must already be disassembled.
- No associated cost.
- Alternatively, you can also drop off donations at one of our stores or in one of our outdoor bins.

Priority Pickup
- Pickups within 48-72 hours.
- Houston and all surrounding areas.
- Any and all items accepted! All eligible items are donated while remaining items are ethically disposed of.
- Item retrieval from anywhere including within residence or a storage unit.
- No minimum # of pieces required.
- Disassembly of items that need it (except doors, cabinets, or lighting).
- Fee reflects the operating costs and is much smaller than a usual moving company or junk hauler fee. (fee is not tax deductible)
- *Please note that SVDP is partnering with ReSupply who uses a third party moving company’s trucks for assistance. Rest assured that your donations will come to us regardless of the Priority Pick-up option. You may be accustomed to seeing our SVDP trucks with regular donations but Priority is a bit different as they need assistance due to quick available based on demand.*
