Donation Pickup Services

 
To serve you better, there are now TWO options for your donation pickup: ReSupply Priority Pickup Service and the Habitat for Humanity Donation Pickup Service. ReSupply offers full PPE protected movers and are completely COVID compliant!

Regular Pickup

  • Approximately 1-2 week wait period before our trucks can pick up your donated items. Click "Schedule a Regular Pick-up" and enter your zip code to check current pick-up availability.

  • We can only accept items that we can sell at our ReStores. Click here for donation requirements. 

  • All donated items must be in the driveway, garage, or on the ground floor (unless elevator available)

  • To help cover our pick-up service costs, please consider making a small fuel surcharge donation of $25 or more (optional)

  • In-person drop-off donations are accepted at our Atwater Village location only. Tuesday – Saturday 9am – Noon. All drop-off items will be inspected by staff prior to unloading to ensure that they meet our acceptability guidelines.

Priority Pickup

  • Pickups within 48-72 hours.

  • Any and all items accepted! All eligible items are donated while remaining items are ethically disposed of. 

  • Item retrieval from anywhere including within residence or a storage unit. 

  • Disassembly of items that need it (except doors, cabinets, or lighting).

  • Fee reflects the operating costs and is much smaller than a usual moving company or junk hauler fee. (fee is not tax deductible)
